Obama v Praze přednese "evropský projev roku"
Prague - U.S. President Barack Obama will make a "European speech of the year" during his visit to Prague in April, Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek told journalists after a government meeting.
He confirmed Obama has accepted an invitation by the Czech EU presidency to informal talks of the EU heads of state.
Obama is to stay in Prague on April 5.
The Czech Republic in its capacity as EU president in the first half of the year strove for an Obama-EU summit for some time.
Obama's advanced team has already been checking the places which Obama will visit during his stay in Prague.
During his European tour Obama will also attend a NATO summit and the G20 summit in London at which the world's top politicians will discuss the economic crisis.
